everybody Welcome to reading this fun tonight and tonight's reader we know Rasmus Garcia Cruz but tonight let's welcome and put your hands together for Elsie everybody hello everybody okay hi everybody hey I'm here to tell you about the time that the Grinch almost Stole Christmas this is the story of How the Grinch Stole Christmas by dr. Seuss every who down in Whoville liked Christmas a lot but the Grinch who lived I'm just north of Who-ville did not the Grinch hated Christmas the whole Christmas season now please don't ask why no one quite knows the reason it could be his head wasn't screwed this right it could be perhaps that his shoes were too tight but I think that the most likely reason of all may have been at his heart was two sizes too small but whatever the reason go back whatever the reason his heart or his shoes he stood there on Christmas Eve hating the who's bearing down what is Kade with a sour Grinchy frown at the warm lighted Windows Below in their town for he knew every who down in Whoville Benny was busy now A Mental Jewelry and they're hanging their stockings he snarled with a sneer tomorrow is Christmas it's practically here then he growls with his Grinch fingers nervously drumming find some way to stop Christmas from her from coming for tomorrow he knew all the little girls and boys Woodway trike Brighton they rushed for their toys and then all the noise do the noise noise noise that's one thing he hated the noise noise noise noise then the who's young and old with sit down to feast and they feast and hp's and they feast beast beast let's see the fist dr. Brown they are they are they would Feast on who putting and the rare who roast beast which was something the Grinch couldn't stand in the and then they do something he like least of all every who down in Whoville the tall and the small would stand close together with Christmas bells ringing they stand hand-in-hand and the who's would start singing they sing and they sing and they sing sing sing sing and the more the Grinch. who Christmas Sing The More The Grinch. I must stop this whole thing why 53 years I've put up with this now I must stop this Christmas from coming but how then the Grinch got an awful idea the Grinch got a wonderful awful idea let's see let's think what what were some of those things that he hated about Christmas this is your chance put it in the chat what are some of those things that the Grinch hated about Christmas yes the noise the singing the singing yes the feast and the roast beast all right let's move on he got a wonderful off Liberia all right let's go on to the next one I know just what to do the Grinch laughed in his throat and he make a he made a quick stop Santa Claus hats chuckled and clocked in his throat what a great picture trick with his coat and his hat he look just like Saint Nick all I need is a reindeer Grinch looked around but since reindeer scares there was none to be found that that stopped the old Grinch know the Grinch simply said if I can't find a reindeer I'll make one instead so he called his dog Max then he took some red thread he tied a big horn on the top of his head then he loaded some bags same old empty sacks on a ramshackle sleigh and he hits the ball next then the Grinch said giddyup and the sleigh started down toward the homes where the who's latest news in their town all their windows were dark quiet snow filled the air all the Whos were dreaming sweet dreams without care anything the first Little House on the square this is stock number one the old squishy cost his and he climbed to the roof and tea bags in his fist can you can you think of what this Grinch is planning on doing predict what is the Grinch going to do let's see Ellen Christmas stealing Christmas tell me more tell me more what else steal the presents take everything that is Christmas steal the decor destroy yes Jeremy I see you destroy Christmas what else can you do take the trees the food the things the joy can you take the joy I see Sophie let's find out Benny slid down the chimney a rather tight pinch but if Santa can do it then so can the Grinch he got stuck only ones for a moment or two that he stuck his head out the fire fireplace where the little hose stockings hung all in a row the spooky he grins or the first thing to go what's next funny Slither Slither his lunch with a smile most unpleasant around the whole room and he took every present your right popgun and bicycles in roller skates drums cedar boards tricycles popcorn and plums he stuffed them in bags then the Grinch very nimbly stuff all the bad one by one of the chimbley babies like to the icebox he took the who's Beast he took the who pudding he took the roast beast he cleaned out that ice box as quick as a flash bad Grinch even took the last can of who has he stopped all the food up the chimney with Glee and now Grimm's the chit the Grinch I will stuff up the tree and the prince grab the tree and started to shove when he heard a small sound the crew of the dove he turned around fast and he saw us a small home Little Cindy Lou Who who was no more than two the Grinch have been caught by this tiny who daughter who'd gotten out of bed for a cup of cold water she stared at the Grinch and said why are you taking our Christmas tree the Grinch had to think fast but you know that old Grinch was so smart and so slick he thought up a lie and he thought it up quick oh my sweet little top that thing the fake Santa Claus live there's a light on this tree that won't light on one side so I'm taking it home to my workshop my dear I'll fix it up there and bring it back here his bib school did the child and he patted her on her head and got her a drink and sent her to bed and when Cindy Lou went to bed with her cup went up the chimney and stuffed up the tree then the last thing he took was the log for their fire he went up the chimney himself the old liar on their walls was left nothing but Hooks and some wire and once pickles food tiny the one Speck of food that he left in the house was a crumb that was even too small for a mouse he did the same thing to the other whose houses leaving crumbs much too small for the other who's mouses it was quarter past on all the who's still Abed all the who's still the snooze when he packed up his sled packed it up with their presents there ribbons their wrappings the tags and the tinsel the trimmings the trappings and his poor dog had to carry it all three thousand feet up up the sign of the side of Mount crumpit hero what does low to the tip top to dump it he was graciously humming they're finding out now that know Christmas is coming they're just waking up I know just what they'll do their mouths will hang open a minute or two then the Whos down in Whoville will all cry that's a noise annoys green the green the Grinch that I simply must hear do you hear the boohoo crying so he paused and the Grinch put his hand to his ear he did hear a sound rising over the snow it started low then it started to grow but the sound wasn't sad why this sound sounded married could it be so but it was Mary Ziri he stared down at huval the prince pop his eyes then he shook what he thought was a shocking surprise every who down in Whoville the tall and the small was singing without any presents at all he had stop Christmas from coming it came somehow or other it came just the same Christmas came and the Grinch with his Grinch feed ice cold in the snow still puzzling and puzzling how could it be sold it came without ribbons it came without tags it came without packages or boxes or bags puzzle 3 hours tell his Puzzler was sore then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before maybe Christmas he thought doesn't come from store maybe Christmas perhaps means a little bit more what is that mean presents are fun everybody knows that can you think of some other things that might be more important than presents yes family kids being healthy being together spending time with your friends Love & Friends you are so right just like the Whos in Whoville they know what Christmas is all about it's not the presence of the decoration it's being together and having Joy together we'll listen to this and what happened well the who in Whoville they say that the Grinch's small heart grew three sizes that day and the minute his heart didn't feel quite quite so tight he reads with his load through the Bright Morning Light and he brought back the toys and the food for the feast and guests she can self the Grinch carved the roast beef the roast beef and that's the end of the story
